Service Description

Visit Prep: 1. Must present a valid photo ID at time of collection. 2. If you were given an authorization / order sheet by your company, please present it at the time of collection in either a printed or email format. 3. Report for your drug screen collection within the timeframe noted on your authorization / order sheet. 4. Do not drink an excessive amount of liquid prior to your collection or it will dilute the specimen and potentially invalidate the test.
