Is this clinic only for truckers?
No. DOT STOP med's location and clinic design was chosen to make affordable quality medical care more accesible to the trucking, transportation, and rail community, but all patients are welcome for non-emergency, non-life or limb threatening care.
Do you accept insurance?
No. We currently accept self-pay only. Visit our Payments page to view accepted payment methods.
Do you have 18-wheeler parking?
Yes! We have on-site truck/trailer combo parking on the West side of the office.
Is the clinic closed due to COVID-19?
No. We will remain open during the state mandated Stay-At-Home order. We have taken active measures to ensure the safety of our in-office patients and staff.
What is the cost of an urgent care visit?
The base fee for an urgent care visit is $80. A provider may determine that a more thorough workup/testing is required, which may increase the cost of the visit. You will find that our pricing is lower than a majority of clinics and copays. Visit our Payments page to view accepted payment methods.
Do you offer COVID-19 evaluations?
Yes. Patients can be evaluated for COVID-19 online using our Virtual Visit service.
Do you offer COVID-19 testing?
Yes. Patients will be tested at the provider's discretion. Walk-in testing is not available. Those exhibiting any of the following systoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headche, sore throat, or new loss of taste/smell, should not enter the office and must contact DOT STOP med at (866) 368-7867 to coordinate care. Patients must first be evalauted for COVID-19 online using our Video Visit service. Testing is conducted outside in our West parking lot, away from our office and other patients.
Are you open 24 hours?
Yes! Daily hours may be temporarily impacted to accomodate our staff's needs. Our overnight/third-shift hours will remain unaffected. Please check the Hours section of the website for the most up-to-date information.
