Service Description

Visit Prep: 1. Must present a valid photo ID at time of testing. 2. If you were given an authorization / order sheet by your company, please present it at the time of collection in either a printed or email format. 3. Do not smoke (or vape) 15 minutes prior to testing. 4. Do not use breath mints, breath freshener, or gum 15 minutes prior to testing.
